Mitra Biotech is a global leader in advancing personalized cancer treatment. It is evolving the personalization of treatment selection and drug development through phenotypic platforms that reliably predict individual response to tested treatment.

Background – Mitra Biotech is a firm which does research on cancer cells. They were trying to set up operations out of Bangalore but hadn’t finalized the space Challenges – They wanted an agile workspace for 100 employees. Requirements ranged from nap area, cafeteria, tea house, recreation areas, workstations, meeting rooms and boardrooms, all in a 13k sq. ft. Another challenge was that the office space included a laboratory, and placements of other elements should be such that lab research is not obstructed. Solution – Hidecor not only took up workspace designing but also helped in validating the office space. Created an agile workspace with technology such that the design is a horse-shoe shape which enables unobstructed laboratory work. A podium was designed so that all the employees can be accommodated for their all-hands’ meet. All this was done without compromising on any of their requirements.
